Rocquette
	The 4-man rockband from lower Austria was founded in Wiener Neudorf in the spring of 2005. Lead singer and lyricist Barbie Hardrock is the ingenious heart of Rocquette and after  short respite she returns to the guitar. Together with lead guitar player Thomas M. Perry (“guitar wall” and “gooseflesh sound”), Dojo (robust harmonic bass) and Freak (exciting drum skills, “rhythm machine”) they are Rocquette. The sound is predominantly strong and sometimes playfully accompanies the cynical, philosophical, direct text lyrics that encourages people to sing along. Comparisons have been made with Avril Lavigne, Republica and Garbage. Aerosmith and AC/DC enthusiasts can also be found amongst the permanently growing horde of fans. The excellence of Rocquette is their powerful live-show, consistently proven by numerous well-attended concerts during the last years.
